• Lead dynamic, year-round programs that include orientations, lunch & learns, and student events
• Travel to top universities during peak recruiting seasons

• Plan, organize, and attend campus recruiting events, career fairs, and presentations
• Build long-term partnerships with faculty, students, and university organizations
• Coordinate interviews, selections, and offers for interns and new graduates
• Manage and enhance internship and co-op programs, including orientations and social events
• Represent our client as a brand ambassador at multiple universities
• Utilize iCIMS and other systems for recruiting coordination and candidate tracking
• Travel approximately 25% during the Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred)
• Passion for student engagement and relationship building
• Willingness to travel 25% during busy recruiting seasons
• Prior experience in the construction industry is helpful, but not required
