We at Central DuPage Physical Medicine seek talented, patient-oriented Chiropractic Physicians who enjoy delivering high quality service. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment. We are located in Carol Stream, Illinois.

*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*

Chiropractors care for patients with health problems of the neuromusculoskeletal system, which includes nerves, bones, muscles, ligaments, and tendons. They use spinal adjustments, manipulation, and other techniques to manage patients' health concerns, such as back and neck pain.

*Business Hours:*
* Monday 9am12:30 and 2-6pm
* Tuesday 2pm-7pm
* Wednesday 9am-12:30 and 2-6pm
* Thursday 9am-12:30pm and 2-7pm
* Friday 9am-5pm w/45min lunch
* Employees are required to be at the office by 8:45am everyday.

*Duties*

· Assess a patient's medical condition by reviewing their medical history, listening to the patient's concerns, and performing a physical examination.

· Analyze the patient's posture, spine, and reflexes.

· Conduct tests, including evaluating a patient's posture and taking X- rays

· Identify health problems, perform customized Chiropractic Care and Physical Therapy treatment plan's.

· Provide neuromusculoskeletal therapy, which involves adjusting a patient's spinal column & other joints by hand and physical therapy.

· Give additional treatments, such as applying heat or cold to a patient's injured areas.

· Advise patients on health and lifestyle issues, such as exercise, nutrition, and sleep habits.

· Refer patients to other health care professionals. Promote additional services.

. Responsible for consistency with daily patient volume. Promote services with our community, attend events and external and internal marketing.

Chiropractors use procedures such as massage therapy, rehabilitative exercise, and ultrasound in addition to spinal adjustments and manipulation. They also may apply supports, such as braces or shoe inserts, to treat patients and relieve pain.'
