A family-owned and operated company is seeking COMMERCIAL PLUMBERS and PLUMBERS HELPER

***Commercial Plumber duties:***

• Commercial plumbing installation from underground/rough-ins, stack out to trim outs on large scale commercial projects including schools, government projects and healthcare.
• Work alongside other trades on commercial construction sites
• Install hangers and supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation for water, gas, compressed air, medical gas, or other liquids.
• Interpret blueprints and building specifications required for each jobsite
• Use of copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, etc piping
• Duties could include setting grease traps, decontamination tanks, oil interceptors, lint interceptors, and utility hook ups, et

Requirements for Commercial Plumbers

• 3+ years of commercial construction experience
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
• Trade specific hand tools required
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Capable of effectively directing apprentices
• Medical Gas Certification a plus
• Plumbing license a plus
• Able to work off ladders and man lifts from various heights
• Willingness to work overtime, travel and work a flexible schedule (including weekends, as required by projects)
