Salary: $19.00 - $26.00 DOE/E

Full time: M – F; 7:30am – 5:00pm; Flexible schedule
A well-established, patient-centric private endodontic office in Colorado Springs has an immediate need for a committed and professional front office receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is naturally upbeat, possessing time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively while preserving a positive teamwork environment. We value world class customer service where patient care is our top priority.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer and route calls; take messages.
Schedule appointments accurately to reflect endodontist’s schedule.
Greet patients and other visitors.
Email communication with patients.
Order office supplies.
Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products and Dental Software (preferred)
Organized self-starter and motivated problem solver.
Highly organized and energetic team player.
Clear and effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues of all levels and build cross-functional relationships.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma.
Dental or medical office support role experience (preferred).
