Dishwasher - Tsunami Sushi Tsunami Sushi, a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant looking for a passionate and dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. If you take pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to meet you! The Dishwasher plays an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen, helping ensure that our guests enjoy the best dining experience possible. Responsibilities: Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area at all times. Assist with basic food prep or kitchen tasks as directed by kitchen staff. Ensure all cleaning and sanitation standards meet local health and safety regulations. Remove trash and recyclables and maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors and waste areas. Support chefs and cooks by ensuring an adequate supply of clean dishes and utensils during service. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues to the Kitchen Manager. Qualifications: Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, but not required-we're willing to train the right candidate. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Team player with good communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
