Your Role in the Domino's Team- Customer Service: - Greet guests warmly, whether on the phone or in person.
- Receive and process telephone orders efficiently.
- Accurately take in-person and phone orders, and handle transactions using a POS system.
- Provide exceptional guest service and answer menu questions.
Food Preparation and Service: - Prepare and serve food items according to Domino's recipes and standards.
- Assemble food items and prepare produce for toppings.
- Perform minor food prep tasks like portioning ingredients.
Operational Support: - Operate all equipment safely and effectively.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Keep work areas clean and organized; restock supplies.
- Follow food safety regulations and perform cleaning duties.
Team Support: - Work as a team with coworkers to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Assist in training and orienting new team members.
- Promote a respectful and inclusive team environment.
- Foster positive working relationships with managers and coworkers.

Requirements - Must be 16 years of age or older and legally eligible to work.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to perform basic math functions quickly and accurately. (May use a calculator.)
- Proficient in entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
