We are reinventing shared rides to help reduce congestion, lower emissions, and get passengers to their destinations efficiently. In Fort Wayne, we are partnering with independent contractor Driver Partners who will be able to use the Via Platform to connect with riders.

To be eligible to operate on the Via Platform for Fort Wayne, you must:
\n\n● Have a valid driver’s license
\n\n● Be 25 years of age or older
\n\n\n
● Have more than 1 year of driving history
\n\n● Have a personal auto insurance policy
\n\n● Pass a vehicle inspection
\n\n● Pass a background check, including criminal and motor vehicle record checks (SSN needed)
\n\n● Complete a DOT pre-engagement drug test and submit to ongoing DOT drug and alcohol testing as required under FTA rules
\n \n\n*New driver partner promotion:
\n\nTo be eligible for the $100 new driver promotion, you must complete at least 10 hours of driving on the Via platform within 30 days of completing your driver onboarding session.
\n\n● Time offline, including breaks, will not count toward this 10-hour minimum.
\n\n● This promotion may be revoked or altered at any time at Via’s sole discretion, and terms are subject to change.
