Here's who we want:

• Ex-CEOs or Presidents who've actually led teams and carried P&L
• Who can hold a room and close a deal without a script
• Who have a real, local network (not just LinkedIn connections and panel invites)
• Who aren't embarrassed to say Jesus' name in a boardroom
• Who are sick of self-worship disguised as purpose-driven leadership

Here's what you will do:

• You'll lead a team of CEOs in your city.
• You'll work ~25 hours/month.
• You'll earn a strong 5 or low 6-figure income.
• And you'll build leaders who build legacies not just valuations.

Don't bother if:

• You're still hung up on being liked
• You think faith at work means being vaguely nice
• You'd rather collect accolades than call out mediocrity
• You're afraid of offending people who need to be offended
• You need structure, scripts, or permission to lead
