Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Pay: $20.50 per hour

Job Type: Seasonal (with potential for long-term or temp-to-hire after the holidays)

What You'll Do

• Operate powered industrial trucks and order pickers to move, lift, and stack materials
• Use handheld scanners to accurately track product movement
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized work area under the 7S program
• Perform inbound receiving and follow all quality and safety policies
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

What You'll Need


Required:

• 1+ year of warehouse experience
• Certification or training in safe forklift operation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Availability for overtime as needed

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Good communication and teamwork skills
