About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, bilingual (English/Spanish) Full-Service Car Wash Supervisor to lead our team and ensure smooth operations at our car wash. This role requires a balance of people management, operational oversight, and sales ability. The Supervisor will be responsible for staff performance, facility upkeep, customer satisfaction, and driving sales when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, workflow, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, cleanliness, and quality guidelines.
Handle customer issues with professionalism and solutions-focused communication.
Actively promote and upsell services, memberships, and add-ons to maximize revenue.
Track daily performance, sales, and productivity metrics; report to management.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and coaching staff.
Maintain a positive, team-oriented workplace.
Requirements
Bilingual (English and Spanish) required – must communicate effectively with both staff and customers.
Previous supervisory/management experience in car wash, auto services, or customer service industries.
Proven ability to sell and upsell products/services.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Basic computer/reporting skills.
