Top Skills:
We need a strong Golang Developer, that's the number one skillset for sure.
They will also like someone who has some form of OATH 2.0 Exp, they don't need to be an expert, but should have some baseline exp.
Lastly, they'd like someone with good Cloud skills in AWS, they don't do anything in Azure so that's not needed.
Kubernetes great to have, but not a deal breaker if they are light.
