Position Summary:

A Chauffeur is responsible for providing safe, dependable, and professional transportation services to clients. The Chauffeur transports clients to and from various destinations, while ensuring a superior level of customer service. The Chauffeur possesses unique knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns and consistently displays a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe transportation of clients to and from various destinations, including airports, business offices, and other locations and events as required.
• Assist clients with loading and unloading luggage and other items.
• Provide a exceptional level of customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with their transportation experience.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, respecting client privacy and confidentiality.
• Accommodate special requests from clients, such as preferred routes, specific music preferences, or other amenities.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of yourself, clients, and others on the road.
• Stay up to date on local road conditions, weather alerts, and any potential hazards that could affect transportation services.
• Communicate and coordinate with the dispatch team or management to receive schedules and updates.

Requirements:

• Age requirement: minimum 25 years old.
• Ability to get a PSC license
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and comfort.
• Knowledge of local and regional roadways, traffic patterns, and alternate routes.
• Exceptional time management and punctuality.
• Physical ability to lift 70 pounds.
• Exceptional communication skills (English language) and the ability to interact with all levels of clients personally and professionally.

Preferred Skills

• Previous work in hospitality, limousine, or private transportation industries
• Multilingual skills are a plus
• Knowledge of local and regional roadways, traffic patterns, and alternate routes.
