Overview
We are seeking a dedicated General Manager to join our team at a full-service polished restaurant. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Duties
-Must have 4 years of working as a Manager in Polished Casual Dining
-Salary $80k-$100k plus Bonus
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Supervise and train staff members in food preparation, customer service, and safety procedures
- Assist in inventory control and ordering supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Scheduling and payroll tasks
- Setting and achieving achieving financial targets
Requirements
- Experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary background or relevant certification is a plus
