We are seeking experienced candidates with management experience, awesome attitudes, and a great work ethic to fulfill our role as a part-time assistant manager!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of retail sales workers
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints
• Managing and overseeing not only a front-of-house team, but also the back-of-house team during a shift
• Enforce sanitary practices
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Opening/Closing the restaurant
• Resolving customers' questions and grievances, professionally
• Handling the waitstaff's shift reports and paying them out/take in cash payments while keeping cash organized
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities

Successful candidates must be team players able to work in a dynamic fast paced environment with an emphasis on quality food, beverage, service and hospitality.
