Job Description Job Description Compensation Package: $185,000 (base plus incentives) Job Type: Full-time, W2 (Part Time options available) Location: Helena Join the Industry Leader in Geriatric Mental Health Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP, FNP, AGNP, PA-C) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Psychiatry team in Montana . Our team of mental health treatment professionals specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services to the underserved geriatric population residing in Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care facilities. Responsibilities: Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients directly in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Assess the patient's mental status based on symptoms. Appropriately diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans. Apply appropriate medical decision-making skills for mental health issues including psychopharmacology options and non-pharmacological treatments. Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists. Requirements Licensed in Montana by the Board of Nursing in good standing with a focus in psychiatry. Licensed by the Montana Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances (possession of a DEA) Possession of Malpractice Insurance if Independent Contractor (offered by the company for W2 employees) 1 year of Geri Psych Experience. 1 year providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or Acute Rehab Hospitals. Skills Basic computer knowledge. Excellent written communication. Attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills. Flexible, organized, and functions under stressful situations.
