The Loss Prevention/Security Dispatcher plays a vital role in preventing theft and keeping the hotel guests, customers, and colleagues safe. This is a fast paced position with contact customer interaction that requires organization and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work the overnight shift, with flexibly to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: - Supervising and dispatching the Bellstand function of the hotel
- Dispatching calls and answering phones
- Conduct foot patrols throughout the property
- Reviewing camera footage
- Monitoring the employee entrance, signing out guest passes to vendors, and conducting bag checks.
- Responding to medical emergencies on the premises
- Assist customers, guests, and colleagues with any security related issues or questions
- Perform all duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor/Director

Qualifications - A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
- The ideal candidate will be able to work overnight shifts from 11pm - 7:30am on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Previous security experience and customer service experience preferred.
