Deliver hands‑on, phone, and remote end‑user support of computer systems, vendor peripherals, and basic network connectivity. Execute IT‑related resolutions and follow‑ups while providing excellent customer service via the Service Now ticketing system. Log all service desk calls, incidents, and requests into the Service Now ticketing system. Follow up on outstanding issues and with users regarding status and closure of incidents/requests. Maintain communication with users on operational and production problems.
