Salary: $15-17/hr

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join our team. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a variety of tasks efficiently. As a Logistics Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting our logistics team by maintaining accurate records, processing data, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and track shipments, ensuring all logistics data is accurately entered and updated in the system.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform data entry tasks, updating records, and verifying shipment details in various software applications.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any logistical issues or discrepancies.
• Review reports and documents for accuracy, ensuring high attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Perform other clerical duties as needed to support logistics operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in the Logistics Industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in logistics or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with logistics software or inventory management systems is a bonus.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
