Swift Car Wash is looking to hire a driven and energetic Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to jumpstart their career by being part of a local business and a motivated team. Daily Tasks : (YOU ARE NOT DETAILING CARS)

- Training new Crew Members.
- Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the car wash and Crew Members.
- Employment actions, including discipline and termination of Crew Members in accordance with company policy.
- Monitor performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinating and participating in safety meetings, team building events and other projects.
- Greeting and interacting with customers; answering all questions, concerns or feedback.
- Accurately and efficiently complete sales transactions and maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.
- Maintaining the car wash, parking lot, crew areas and equipment rooms.
- Explains car wash entry procedure to customers and follows exact car loading and "prepping" procedures, ensuring -employee and/or customer safety is not jeopardized.
- Build team camaraderie and be a self motivated leader/team member.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements :

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Positive work attitude.
- Must be able to maintain a clean appearance as per the dress and grooming standards.
- Strong verbal communication skills with customers and other crew members.
- Must be able to read, count, and write accurately.
- Must be able to work various hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Prolonged periods standing and working on cash register or related equipment.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Work Environment and Physical Demands: Person will work outside in a loud environment due to car wash equipment.
- The person will be in constant motion and will have physical activities, such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching and directing traffic.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $19.50 - $22.00 per hour
