Description

This role involves supporting product launches, creating sales tools, and managing communications. Key responsibilities include developing marketing materials, coordinating events, collaborating cross-functionally, and enhancing brand awareness. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support and drive US product launch activities: 
  • Create and provide sales enablement tools: demo kits, customer training kits, other required tools. 
  • Oversee the management of social media, websites, and external communications. 
  • Build and write copy for new marketing materials. 
  • Work cross functionally with the Field team on developing advisory boards. 
  • Support tradeshow activities and coordination. 
  • Build demo kits.
  • Work cross functionally with HR and Education for new hire onboarding. 
  • PR with customer marketing teams to broaden EBR brand and brand awareness. 
  • Support marketing activities to increase EBR brand visibility. 
  • Oversee planning of internal meetings for sales and education, corporate gifts, and field team onsite. 
  • Create and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.

  Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities  

  • Bachelors in Marketing or similar education background. 
  • 7+ years experience within medical device or similar industry.
  • Can be an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. 
  • Knowledge of electrophysiology. 
  • Patient profiling and persona development. 
  • Prior experience negotiating contract details with ad agencies and medial publications. 
  • Experience managing annual budget.
  • Experience with project management.

Physical Requirements:

  • Required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Subject to extended periods of sitting and/or standing, vision to monitor, and moderate noise levels.

Salary Range

$113,800 - $146,300*

 *Base pay is one part of your total compensation. The salary offered will depend on several factors, including, but not limited to your experience, knowledge, skills, location, internal equity, and market alignment. Addition compensation may include bonuses and equity, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
