Massage Therapist — Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: Westminster, Maryland

Here, Massage Therapists work side by side with Physical Therapists, Estheticians, and Wellness Providers to help clients reach meaningful, restorative goals — not just temporary relief.

We’re looking for a licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about true client care, values teamwork, and thrives in a setting where collaboration and communication are key to creating lasting results.

• Deliver high-quality, therapeutic massage services customized to client needs and treatment goals
• Collaborate with physical therapists and other team members to ensure a cohesive client experience
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes and uphold TherAnnu’s standards for professional, ethical care
• Educate clients on wellness plans and self-care strategies that complement their treatments
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities

• Active Maryland Massage Therapy License (required)
• 2+ years of experience in therapeutic or spa-based massage (new grads with strong skills welcome)
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and clinical reasoning
• Experience with modalities such as deep tissue, Swedish, sports, cupping, or lymphatic therapy
• Positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills
• Interest in holistic or biohacking-style wellness (infrared, cryotherapy, LED light therapy, etc.)
