MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST
Full Time, Huntingdon Valley, PA (Eastern Montgomery Co.)
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience. employment type: full-time
Busy medical and surgical dermatology practice that provides care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients seeks qualified individual EXPERIENCED in medical office setting.
Position Responsibilities Include:
Greet patients, schedule appointments, maintain records and accounts
Optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization
Ensure availability of treatment information by filing & retrieving patient records
Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, documenting, & updating information
Record & revise financial information
File & expedite third-party claims
Maintain business office inventory & equipment; anticipate needed supplies
Protect patients' rights & privacy by completing & safeguarding medical records
Continue safe, secure, & healthy work environment by establishing & following standards
and procedures; complying with legal regulations
Maintain reception area
