Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling consumer litigation cases, managing their own caseload, and communicating effectively with clients. They will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, supported by a dedicated team of legal professionals.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage a caseload of consumer litigation matters from inception to trial and or resolution.

- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case progress and address their concerns.

- Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure efficient case management.

- Attend hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings as required.

**Requirements:**

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

- Active membership in the California State Bar.

- 4-5+ years of experience in civil litigation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Compensation:**

The salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
