Job Description

*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented attorney to join our personal injury team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and legal skills and the ability to manage a very active caseload of both pre-litigation and litigation cases. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and has experience dealing with all aspects of personal injury cases.

*Responsibilities*

- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases
- Prepare demands, review medical records, review complaints
- Draft pleadings and motions
- Manage discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
- Assist with trial preparation including witness coordination and exhibit organization
- Coordinate with medical professionals and other experts as required
- Courtroom appearance not required but optional

*Qualifications*

- Active license to practice law in Colorado and in good standing

- 0-3+ years of personal injury experience

- Ideally possesses proficiency with medical terminology and record analysis

- Excellent writing skills
