Position Overview In this role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care, including psychiatric assessments , medication management , and ongoing treatment planning. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary mental health team to support clients across the lifespan. This is a part-time hybrid PMHNP position that offers autonomy, flexibility, and steady referrals. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations , mental status exams, and diagnostic assessments. Provide medication management and monitor treatment effectiveness Adjust psychotropic medications according to clinical response. Work together with therapists and clinical staff within a coordinated care model. Complete documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based psychiatric and mental health services.
