Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Float for a nursing job in Augusta, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
• Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing interventions
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust care as needed
• Participate in unit-based and organizational quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain compliance with patient care standards, policies, and procedures
• Participate in orientation, education, and training of students and new staff
• Support professional growth through continuing education, professional organizations, and review of nursing literature
• Uphold patient care services philosophy and organizational objectives

Required Qualifications:\n•\tGraduate of an accredited or approved school of nursing\n•\tMinimum of 2 years of RN experience in a related area (floor or critical care)\n•\tCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross\n•\tACLS, PALS, or NRP (required for select units/departments; must be obtained within 6 months of hire)\n•\tActive Registered Nurse license in the state of Georgia or a qualifying multi-state compact license\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n•\tBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)\n•\tNational specialty certification relevant to the area of practice\n
