Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) OR - Operating Room for a nursing job in Marietta, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care using evidence-based practice
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Prepare patients for surgical procedures and provide intraoperative and post-operative support as assigned
• Deliver patient- and family-centered care with clear communication and education
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary OR teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support patient safety initiatives, quality improvement, and compliance standards
• Participate in shared governance, professional development, and competency requirements
• Serve as a preceptor/mentor as needed

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• Active RN license (State or Compact)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Operating Room or perioperative experience preferred
• BLS required
• Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
