PalAmerican Security Operations Manager

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff
• Oversee the daily workflow of the department
• Provide constructive performance evaluations
• Handle discipline and termination of employees

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Determine appropriate security officers for specific sites
• Oversee the evaluation process for security officers and supervisors
• Visit clients regularly to address any site issues
• Ensure wage costs align with budgeted objectives
• Devise training regimens and site orders

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
• High level of integrity and fairness in decision-making
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of related experience

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, driving, and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
