Growth Marketing Sr. Manager, Paid Search

About the Role: Architect of Our Core Growth Engine

We are looking for a Growth Marketing leader to own our most critical asset: the paid search engine. As our largest and most profitable acquisition channel, this is the heart of our business. We are not looking for a campaign manager. We are looking for an owner-architect who sees Paid Search not as a series of campaigns, but as a complex, dynamic system of interconnected variables.

This role is for someone who is both a keyboard-on tactician and a big-picture strategist. You will have a strong pulse on the brand, with a strong ability to distinguish signal from noise. You will be the definitive source of truth for performance, diagnosing shifts and communicating the "why" behind the numbers with intellectual honesty.

You will partner with the Director of Acquisition to transform our largest channel from a high-performing asset into a compounding, defensible moat that drives step-change growth in revenue, LTV, and profitability.

What You'll Do (The Mission):

  • Architect and own the end-to-end Paid Search engine. This goes beyond campaign builds. You will own the strategy, the execution, the budget, the analytical framework, and, most importantly, the results.
  • Serve as the system's primary diagnostician. Your job is not to report the "what" (performance went down), but to deliver the intellectually honest "why" (performance went down because CPCs on non-brand terms inflated by 15% due to a new competitor, and our creative is no longer differentiated).
  • Engineer and execute a rigorous, high-velocity experimentation program. You will own the testing roadmap from keywords and audiences to offers and funnels. Every test will be grounded in a clear, falsifiable hypothesis, and every result will be codified into our compounding knowledge base.
  • Maintain the integrity of our data. You will ensure rock-solid tracking, signal quality, and attribution hygiene, proactively troubleshooting the discrepancies and noise that others miss.
  • Be the definitive source of truth on the platform. You will stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and competitive trends, continuously translating those insights into actionable, high-leverage tactics that strengthen our engine.

This Role is for You If:

  • You think in terms of systems, not just campaigns. You have a strong strategic POV on what "best-in-class" paid search looks like and can architect it from first principles.
  • You have a proven, track record of cracking new profitable funnels, improving CAC and scaling spend in competitive, fast-paced DTC environments. You can point to specific examples where you moved the needle.
  • You are obsessed with the "physics" of the auction. You have a deep, intuitive understanding of end-to-end funnel metrics, from impression share to mLTV, and you know how to diagnose performance shifts with precision.
  • You believe that every test is a tool to validate a hypothesis. You are skilled in designing structured experiments and, more importantly, in synthesizing the learnings into a compounding playbook.
  • You are a high-signal communicator. You can interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • You are a relentless owner. You are a hungry, resourceful team player who thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and takes absolute ownership of outcomes.
