What You’ll Do:

\n

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced mobile test automation frameworks to ensure comprehensive coverage and efficiency.

\n* Create, execute, and meticulously maintain automated test scripts for critical mobile applications, ensuring high-quality releases.
\n* Implement and advocate for best practices in test framework design patterns, such as Singleton and Page Object Model (POM), to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
\n* Leverage real device cloud platforms for parallel test execution and optimize testing processes for maximum performance and speed.
\n* Collaborate with geographically distributed quality assurance teams, balancing and delivering multiple projects with concurrent release cycles.
\n* Utilize modern Java features and advanced testing frameworks to drive continuous improvement in test automation.
\n* Work with industry-standard tools for logging bugs and managing test cases, ensuring clear communication and efficient resolution.
\n* Contribute to a culture of innovation, exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance the mobile testing ecosystem. \n

What You’ll Bring:

\n

Must-Have Qualifications:

\n

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Mobile Application Development.

\n* 4+ years of experience in building and maintaining sophisticated test automation frameworks.
\n* 5+ years of experience in developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Appium.
\n* Strong hands-on coding experience with Java or other object-oriented programming languages.
\n* Deep understanding of various Test Framework design patterns, including Singleton and Page Object Model (POM).
\n* Advanced experience with real device cloud platforms, parallel execution, and platform optimization for mobile testing.
\n* Proficiency in modern Java features, advanced testing frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit), and build automation tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).
\n* Working knowledge of industry-standard tools for bug tracking and test case management.
\n* Proven ability to successfully manage and deliver multiple geographically distributed QA projects with concurrent releases. \n

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

\n

• Understanding of CI/CD practices and Lean DevOps methodologies.

\n* Experience with native mobile testing frameworks (e.g., XCUI, Espresso) and/or mobile development languages (e.g., Kotlin, Swift).
\n* Experience in the financial services industry. \n
