Location: Boston; New York
Salary Range: $225,000 - $445,000
About the Opportunity
Supports corporate clients in technology sector transactions, including M&A, financings, and corporate governance matters. Drafts and negotiates transactional documents, assists with due diligence, and advises on regulatory compliance.
