Job Summary: Marquette General Hospital is seeking a qualified Travel Medical Technologist to join our night shift laboratory team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in core lab disciplines and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex testing in Hematology, Chemistry, Coagulation, and Urinalysis
• Conduct phlebotomy procedures as needed
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
• Analyze and interpret test results accurately
• Adhere to quality control protocols and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff and contribute to patient care

Must-Have Skills/Experience:

• Proficiency in Hematology, Chemistry, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Phlebotomy
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical laboratory experience
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Required Education:

• Associate’s Degree

• ASCP certification 

• Cerner
