Hiring Area We are currently hiring entry-level Class A drivers
in and around San Antonio, Texas .
Training & Experience Requirements To qualify, applicants must:
- Have completed at least 120 hours of CDL training from an accredited CDL Academy within the last 2 years
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Hold a valid Class A CDL and a current DOT physical
- Be able to pass a background check and all DOT-required drug tests (urine or hair)
- Live in the San Antonio, TX area
What to Expect Start your career with
4 weeks of paid OTR training , earning
$650 per week . You'll stay out on the road, gaining valuable real-world driving experience nationwide.
After training, you will meet with a terminal manager to choose from available positions. Most roles are OTR with home time every
10-14 days . Some regional and limited local options are available, though local positions are unlikely immediately after training.
Opportunities & Divisions We currently have
23 openings for entry-level drivers with little or no OTR experience.
Available divisions:
- Dry Van
- Flatbed (includes paid 5-day flatbed securement training ) $140 per day.
You can switch divisions or move into regional/local roles as openings become available-
no contracts required .
Compensation & Benefits Once you complete training and move into a full-time driving position, you will earn:
$1,200 - $1,400+ per week , depending on the position you choose. Benefits available after 30 days include:

You'll drive
late-model Freightliners (mostly automatics) and work with a team dedicated to your success.
Hiring & Onboarding Process Once your application is submitted:
- HR will contact you for a brief phone screening
- If approved, you'll complete the second part of the application
- We will schedule your driver orientation
We provide
bus transportation to orientation or
gas reimbursement if you drive yourself. Breakfast and lunch are provided during orientation.
