Job Summary

  • Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Driver Assistant to join our Transportation team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure, timely, and accurate handling of customer records or equipment during pickups and deliveries. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: Execute the daily collection and delivery of customer records or equipment, such as carts and pallets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all service requests. Collaborate with CDL drivers, team members, and customers to maintain a professional, friendly service experience and facilitate smooth operations. Ensure strict compliance with all organizational and security procedures when handling client materials and completing required documentation, protecting the integrity of customer information. What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have: Physical requirements: The ability to lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 70 pounds without assistance. Strong knowledge of professional customer service and verbal communication, demonstrating a commitment to positive client and coworker interactions. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer skills and the ability to complete all necessary paperwork and records accurately and completely. Minimum Age and License: Minimum age of 18 with a valid Driver's License and a consistently good driving record. Successfully meet the background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
