Key Responsibilities Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to create user-friendly designs that meet business and technical requirements.
Conduct user research, including usability testing and user feedback sessions, to understand user needs and pain points.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions.
Ensure consistency across all digital products and maintain design systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Continuously iterate on designs to improve the user experience.
Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and quality of design implementations.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a product or digital environment.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
