About the Job:
Hm Staffing Solutions is looking for a skilled and reliable Welder/Helper to join our team! You'll work on a variety of metal fabrication and repair projects in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
Measuring and cutting materials to specifications
Assembling and inspecting finished products
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
Requirements:
Proven welding experience or certification
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods
Safety-first mindset
Preferred:
Experience with structural or pipe welding
Location: Youngsville, NC
