Job Description We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team for various exciting events throughout the year. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of events ranging from corporate gatherings, trade shows, weddings, and festivals. Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces including tables, chairs, and decor.
• Welcome guests and check them in at registration desks.
• Provide information and directions to attendees regarding event schedules and activities.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring high levels of service and adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor events to ensure everything runs smoothly and address any guest inquiries or issues that arise.
• Help coordinate activities and ensure that the event timeline is adhered to.

• Previous experience in event staffing or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and potentially holidays as required by the event schedule.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction from event coordinators and managers.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform various tasks during events.
