Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Dialysis team on a PRN basis in Warm Springs, GA. The ideal candidate will provide safe, effective dialysis care while ensuring excellent patient outcomes in an acute or chronic setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and monitor dialysis treatments according to physician orders
• Assess patients before, during, and after dialysis procedures
• Monitor vital signs and respond to adverse reactions
• Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed
• Maintain dialysis equipment and ensure infection control standards
• Educate patients and families on dialysis care and treatment plans
• Document patient care accurately and timely

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• Dialysis experience preferred
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
