Senior Product Manager, Onsite Ad Experiences

The Senior Product Manager, Onsite Ad Experiences will lead the charge in creating ad products that not only drive revenue but also enhance the customer experience. You’ll work across teams, tap into data and insights, and help build a strategy that positions Best Buy as a leader in retail media.

This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location

What you’ll do

• Lead experimentation and testing frameworks for onsite ads to drive performance and innovation
• Manage and evolve our tag management strategy, ensuring stability and clarity across teams
• Establish data governance practices that keep our advertising efforts secure, compliant, and high-quality
• Conduct market and customer research to inform product decisions and uncover new opportunities
• Collaborate with eCommerce, UX, and marketing teams to ensure ads complement the customer journey
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to deliver top-tier ad experiences

Basic qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, advertising, or retail media focusing on experimentation and test frameworks for onsite ads
• 3+ years with ad exchanges, marketplaces, and campaign lifecycle management
• 3+ years tag management strategy and data governance practices
• 2+ years with ad server tech and media supply platforms
• Bachelor's Degree required

Preferred qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate tech into business impact
• A strategic mindset with a knack for solving complex problems and driving results
• Experience in retail media and people leadership
