A growing property management company is seeking a Leasing Agent to float between multiple apartment communities in Marietta. We're looking for someone who is people-focused, driven, and skilled in customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Support leasing across multiple properties
Greet and qualify prospects, give tours, and process applications
Coordinate move-ins and assist with renewals
Maintain accurate records and follow fair housing guidelines
Participate in team meetings and resident events
Strong communication and computer skills
Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
