Job Requirements

\n\t - Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Medical Dietetics or Nutrition.\n\t
- Certifications Requirements: Registered Dietitian (RD) license in Ohio, Ohio dietitian license, and valid Ohio motor vehicle operator’s license.\n\t
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of inpatient clinical dietitian experience; hospital setting experience is mandatory.\n\t
- Other Requirements: Ability to conduct nutrition assessments, knowledge of medical nutrition therapy, excellent communication skills, and ability to operate electronic medical records.\n

Job Responsibilities

\n\t - Provide comprehensive inpatient nutritional care by conducting assessments, developing, and implementing individualized diet plans.\n\t
- Collaborate with medical teams to review patient medical records and determine appropriate nutritional interventions.\n\t
- Educate patients and their families on dietary modifications tailored to their health conditions.\n\t
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting nutrition plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.\n\t
- Document all patient contacts accurately and timely within the electronic medical record system, following established guidelines.\n
