Valet Parking Attendants provide valet parking services, creating an outstanding customer service experience for all guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, opening doors, and providing information and directions. Vehicles should be driven courteously, safely, and efficiently according to company standards. Valets must also demonstrate kindness, empathy, and patience.
The Doorman position involves greeting residents and guests, managing food deliveries, assisting with loading and unloading vehicles, and delivering the Five Star Valet Service Promise.
