Privacy Notice (KVKK)

Data Controller

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Clytech (the "Company") acting as data controller, within the scope described below.

Personal Data Processed

The full name, email address, company, role and budget preference (if provided) and message content you share via the forms on this site are processed; if you opt in to the newsletter, your subscription preference and language choice are also processed.

Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed solely to respond to your contact requests, to run proposal processes and to keep records related to your request.

Legal Basis

Your data is processed on the legal bases of Art. 5/2(c) of KVKK (necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract) and Art. 5/2(f) (legitimate interest).

Transfers

Your personal data is not shared with third parties beyond the purposes above; it is stored only on the servers of our hosting and email infrastructure providers to the extent required by the service.

Retention Period

Contact messages are retained for a reasonable period after your request is concluded, or for the periods required by applicable legislation where legal obligations so require.

Your Rights

Under Art. 11 of KVKK you may learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, and exercise your other rights by contacting hello@clytech.com.

Email Newsletter

Our monthly email newsletter is sent only if you tick the optional consent box on our forms, based on your explicit consent (Art. 5/1 of KVKK). You may withdraw your consent at any time: use the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every newsletter, visit clytech.com/bulten/cik, or write to hello@clytech.com. Your request is applied without delay and no further newsletters are sent to your address.

Anonymous Traffic Statistics

To understand which channels bring visitors to our site, we keep anonymous visit statistics: the domain you arrived from (for example instagram.com), any campaign tag in the link, the page you landed on, device type (mobile/desktop) and the time. These records contain no IP address, no browser identifier and no other data that could identify you, and no cookies are used. Because the records cannot be linked to an individual they do not constitute personal data; they are used only as aggregate counts and are deleted after 12 months.
