AI advertising examples from Turkey now go well beyond test clips: a brand character on national TV, New Year campaigns, fashion season films and AI FOOH videos that look as if they happened on the street. The clearest example is Cepte ŞOK, the character we designed with AI for ŞOK: it aired on national TV and reached 5.6 million views. Below we look at six real Clytech projects through the brand, the idea, where AI came in and the format, then pull out four lessons.
For each project, we describe AI's role only as far as the project's own page does. For the service itself, when AI and CGI work together, and answers to common questions, see our AI ad film production page.
What is an AI ad film?
An AI ad film is a commercial in which some or all of the characters, scenes or visual world are created with generative AI tools. Depending on the brief, the film is made entirely with AI or blended with live action and CGI. Either way, AI is not a single button but part of the production pipeline: the concept and look are explored quickly, and the chosen direction is brought up to brand standards through editing, colour and, where needed, CGI.
We cover the steps from concept to launch in the AI ad film process. This piece is about results: work that has actually been released.
Examples from Clytech: TV and seasonal campaigns
Clytech is a CGI, FOOH and AI advertising studio based in Istanbul and London. We have delivered 150+ projects for 85+ brands in 15+ countries, and our work has passed 500 million views in total. These four projects show AI doing very different jobs, from a TV commercial to a seasonal campaign.
Cepte ŞOK: an AI-built character on national TV
For Cepte ŞOK, Şok Marketler's shopping app, the entire world of the campaign, from character design to visual style, was built with AI tools. The character's expressions, the staging and the colour palette were tuned to the brand's energetic tone, and the 16:9 film aired on national TV, reaching 5.6 million views. It shows that an AI-made character can hold up at broadcast standard.

Paşabahçe: an AI campaign for the New Year season
In Paşabahçe's New Year campaign, the brand's glassware and tableware take the stage in scenes that capture the festive atmosphere. The visual world was built with AI tools and balances seasonal warmth with the brand's refined aesthetic. The 9:16 video is a good example of using AI to carry a product range into the mood of a specific season.
Roman: a hybrid AI film for Winter 2026
Roman's Winter 2026 campaign brings the elegance of cold textures and futuristic layers together through atmospheric hybrid AI visuals. Fashion-film aesthetics and AI-driven production work side by side, carrying the mood of the season into the brand's signature style. We look at AI films for fashion brands in more depth in AI fashion films.

FEVK.AI: a commercial made with AI tools
Our commercial for FEVK.AI was generated with AI tools and puts creativity and technology in the same frame. Bold, cinematic visuals carry the brand's character through a new generation of production methods. The 16:9 film shows AI carrying an entire commercial, not just a single shot.
AI on the street: two AI FOOH examples
AI FOOH is the AI-made form of FOOH: social videos that place a giant product or scene into city footage where it doesn't really exist. Depending on the brief, it is produced on the desktop or on top of existing footage. We explain FOOH and its formats on our FOOH ad production page.
Promake: an AI-powered FOOH commercial
For Promake's FOOH commercial, AI tools sat at the centre of the production process, from concept to final frame. The result is a 9:16 street-scale visual experience designed to be shared across digital channels.
Galata Tower: an AI FOOH experience
In the Galata Tower AI FOOH video, one of Istanbul's most recognisable landmarks gets a surreal makeover. The AI-driven piece places the city's historic texture and CGI illusion in the same scene and deliberately blurs the line between the real location and the digital illusion.
Where was AI used in these examples?
AI plays a different role in each of the six: in some it built the whole visual world, in one it worked alongside fashion-film aesthetics, in others it transformed a city landmark. The table sums up what each project page says.
| Project | Format | AI's role | What it shows |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cepte ŞOK (Şok Marketler) | 16:9, national TV | The whole world, from character design to visual style, was built with AI tools | An AI-made character can reach broadcast standard; 5.6 million views |
| Paşabahçe New Year | 9:16 | The season's visual world was built with AI tools | A product range can be carried into the mood of a season |
| Roman Winter 2026 | 16:9 | Hybrid: fashion-film aesthetics alongside AI-driven production | AI can be adapted to a fashion brand's signature style |
| FEVK.AI | 16:9 | The commercial was generated with AI tools | AI can carry an entire commercial |
| Promake | 9:16, FOOH | AI tools at the centre of production | A street-scale FOOH can be built with AI |
| Galata Tower | 9:16, FOOH | AI-driven FOOH combined with CGI illusion | A familiar landmark can become a surreal scene |
One more detail stands out: three of the projects are 16:9 horizontal and three are 9:16 vertical. Horizontal suits TV and widescreen, vertical suits social feeds, so format is a decision to make at the very start of production, based on where the film will run.
Four lessons from these examples
- Idea first, tool second. Every example rests on an idea you can say in one sentence: a character who gives an app a face, glassware on a New Year table, the cold textures of a season, a familiar tower transformed. AI helps explore and visualise that idea quickly; it does not replace it.
- Write down the brand tone and character rules up front. In Cepte ŞOK, the expressions, staging and colour palette were designed around the brand's energetic tone. When a character carries the work, rules for face, colour and tone should be settled before the first frame, so the character stays the same in every new scene.
- Hybrid is often the right answer. In Roman's winter film, fashion-film aesthetics and AI-driven production work together. CGI leads where every product detail must be exactly right; AI leads where you need fast exploration and many variations. We break down that division of labour in hybrid production: live action, CGI and AI in one pipeline.
- Name the channel in the brief. A 16:9 TV film and a 9:16 social video can come from the same idea, but the framing, pacing and delivery package differ. Sharing your channels and the versions you need in the first conversation cuts down on adaptation later.

Frequently asked questions
Can an AI-made ad run on TV?
Yes. Cepte ŞOK, the character we designed with AI for ŞOK, became a commercial aired on national TV and reached 5.6 million views.
Is an AI ad film made entirely with AI?
It depends on the brief. A film can be made entirely with AI or blended with live action and CGI; in hybrid work such as Roman's winter film, fashion-film aesthetics and AI-driven production are used together. We recommend the right route for your brief, with our reasoning.
Will our product look right in AI imagery?
Depending on the project, the product comes from your photos, our own shoot, a 3D model or AI. In every case, our final check is that the label, logo and shape are true to the real product.
How long does an AI ad film take?
The complexity of the idea and the approval rounds set the timeline; going from concept approval to delivery takes days rather than weeks on most projects. We confirm the exact schedule once we have seen your brief.
What shapes the budget of an AI ad film?
Less the running time than concept exploration, generation and selection rounds, character and product consistency, the number of versions and formats, and usage rights. We go through each item in what decides the price of an AI ad film.
Next step
If you have an idea close to one of these examples, start with three things: the one idea you want to get across, where the film will run and the product assets you already have. Send us your brief and we'll reply within 24 hours with an approach, or start with our company presentation. You'll find all of our CGI, FOOH, 3D and AI services on the services page.
